This Agreement is a public offer by Private Enterprise “UKRPTAHOSERVIS” and governs the sale of goods through the company’s website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is concluded in accordance with Articles 633, 634, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer confirms that the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.

3. Ordering Procedure

3.1. Orders are placed via the website by completing an online form.
3.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine using the available payment methods on the website.
4.2. The date of payment is considered the date of funds being credited to the Seller’s account.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of goods is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Parties are liable for non‑performance or improper performance of their obligations under the legislation of Ukraine.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The Parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. All disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
